You have probably fallen in love with the idea of bringing everyone you love together in Italy. It is a beautiful dream, but from abroad it can also come with many questions: where do we begin, how do we choose our suppliers, and how will we look after our guests?
My first role is to listen. Before flowers and colours, I want to understand the atmosphere you imagine, the moments that matter most and how you want to feel throughout your celebration.
Your trusted person in Italy
Planning in another country means navigating a different language, working culture and pace. I become your point of reference on the ground, translating not only your words but your intentions, so every Italian professional truly understands what you hope to create.
I source and compare suppliers, arrange calls and tastings, follow agreements and deadlines, and coordinate accommodation, transfers and the complete event timeline.
A venue must move you—and work beautifully
A wonderful view matters, but I also consider what photographs cannot show: real travel times, accommodation, accessibility, guest movements and a carefully designed wet-weather plan.
You do not need to travel constantly
Much of the planning can happen remotely. When you visit Italy, we bring together everything that genuinely needs your presence: the venue walk-through, tasting, trials and key supplier meetings.
When you arrive, your only task is to be present
My goal is for you to arrive in Italy feeling calm, knowing nothing has been left to chance and you can finally live everything you imagined.
